How Worth Collab uses your Gmail
You connect Gmail yourself, and you can disconnect it at any time. This is everything it does with it.
What it does
It reads your mail to find brand offers.
When you connect, it reads the last 30 days of mail (you can choose 7 or 15 days instead), skipping Promotions, Social and Updates except event invitations. After that it reads every new message, to find brand offers.
It sends message text to Anthropic’s Claude, to sort mail, read offers and draft replies.
It sends message text to Anthropic’s Claude: any message you receive that our rules can’t sort, to check whether it’s an offer; every offer, invitation and TAP link email, to read its terms, event details or links; the thread, to draft a reply in your voice; and, if you ask for rate card suggestions from your sent mail, up to 80 of the emails you sent to brands.
It sends a reply from your Gmail when Send is pressed, or when a reply rule is set to send.

Worth Collab’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
