Terms of service
Last updated
These terms are the agreement between you and A4K Corp, the company that runs Worth Collab. You must be 18 or older and live in the US, and you’re responsible for what’s sent from your Gmail through Worth Collab, including replies sent by rules you set to send automatically. The figures and verdicts are estimates to help you decide, not promises. You can leave at any time.

Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and A4K Corp (“we”, “us”), the company that runs Worth Collab: the app at app.worthcollab.app, this website, and the emails and intake links that come with them. By creating an account or using Worth Collab, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use Worth Collab.
Worth Collab finds the brand offers in your mail, prices each one against your rate card, drafts replies, and tracks the samples, post-by dates and fees you’ve agreed to.
If you use Worth Collab for a business, such as an agency, you accept these terms for that business too, and you confirm you’re allowed to.
Our privacy policy explains what data we collect, what we do with it and who else sees it. Please read it too.
Who can use Worth Collab
- You must be 18 or older.
- You must live in the United States. Worth Collab is offered only there.
- During the beta, you need an invitation from us, or from an owner or manager of a workspace, to use Worth Collab. To ask us for one, use the request form on our homepage or email [email protected].
- An account is for one person. Don’t share your sign-in. Invite other people to your workspace instead.
- You can’t use Worth Collab if we closed your account before for breaking these terms, or if the law bars you from using it.
Workspaces and members
Your offers and deals live in a workspace. Whoever creates a workspace is its owner. Owners and managers can invite other people to join it.
The owner is responsible for the workspace’s members and for what they do in it. Owners and managers can see all of the workspace’s offers, deals and mail; creators see only their own. What they can change depends on their role:
- Owners can do everything, including connecting and setting up their own Gmail (how far back to import, labels, marking mail read), disconnecting any member’s Gmail, setting replies to send automatically, and deleting the workspace.
- Managers can work every deal, send replies from the connected Gmail, change the rate card, reply rules and blocked senders, and invite or remove members. They can’t connect, disconnect or set up Gmail, set replies to send automatically, change the digest and alert emails, or delete the workspace.
- Creators can work their own deals, write drafts for them, connect and set up their own Gmail and set their own digest and alert emails, but can’t see other members’ deals, send mail or change other settings.
A Gmail connection belongs to the member whose Gmail it is. Nobody else can reconnect it or change its settings, and removing someone from the workspace, or their leaving it, disconnects their Gmail.
Invite only people you trust with your inbox.
Your account and sign-in
You sign in with a link we email you, or with Continue with Google. Connecting Gmail is a separate step, described in the next section.
- Use an email address that is yours, and keep it secure. Anyone who can read that inbox can sign in as you.
- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
- You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- If you think someone else has signed in to your account, email [email protected] right away.
We send you the emails the service needs, like sign-in links and notice of changes to these terms. The daily digest and invitation alerts are optional. You can turn each one off in Settings → Reaches you.
Connecting Gmail
Connecting Gmail is your choice, and you can disconnect at any time. When you connect it, you authorize Worth Collab to use your Gmail as this section describes.
Google’s permission screen asks for one permission, which Google shows as “Read, compose, and send emails from your Gmail account”. Worth Collab uses it only for what this section describes.
Reading your mail
The first import reads the last 30 days of your mail, or 7 or 15 days if you choose, and skips the Promotions, Social and Updates tabs, except for event invitations. After that, Worth Collab reads every new message you receive or send, in every tab, not only brand mail. Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, reads every offer, invitation and TAP link email, and any message you receive that our rules don’t recognize, in the first import and after it. It sorts what the rules can’t, reads the terms, event details and links, and drafts replies. If you ask for rate card suggestions from your sent mail, it also reads up to 80 of the emails you sent to brands. The privacy policy explains what we keep, for how long, and who else sees it.
Sending replies
Worth Collab sends email from your Gmail in two ways:
- When you press a button. Send from Gmail sends one reply right away. Send all sends several at once, after you confirm them.
- By rules you set to send automatically. In Settings → Gets answered → Rules you can set a reply rule to “Send it automatically”. Rules are off until you turn them on. A rule set this way sends a reply Worth Collab wrote, usually with AI, without waiting for you to read it, up to the daily limit under Automatic replies on the same page. It sends only replies that pass the checks listed there, such as going only to the person who wrote to you; any other reply waits in the Outbox for you.
Two more things are off until you turn them on in Settings → Comes in → Gmail: adding a Worth Collab label to offer threads in Gmail, and marking an offer’s emails read in Gmail when anyone in your workspace, you included, opens it or decides on it in the app. Turning labels off offers to remove the labels Worth Collab added. Worth Collab never deletes your mail.
Your responsibility
Messages sent from your Gmail through Worth Collab are your messages. You’re responsible for them, whether you pressed Send from Gmail, a member of your workspace did, or a rule you set sent them. Read drafts before you send them: they’re usually written with AI and can be wrong.
Replies a rule sent are marked “Sent automatically” in the Outbox and on the deal, so you can check what went out.
Disconnecting
You can disconnect Gmail at any time in Settings → Comes in → Gmail. Worth Collab asks Google to revoke its access and deletes the tokens that let it reach your mailbox. You can also remove Worth Collab from the permissions page of your Google Account. You choose what happens to what was already imported: Disconnect keeps it, and Disconnect and delete imported mail also deletes the mail imported from Gmail, our log of AI requests about it, and every deal, event and TAP link that came only from that mail.
Figures are estimates
Worth Collab helps you decide. It doesn’t decide for you, and it doesn’t promise results.
- Expected earnings per video is our estimate of what one video might earn from an offer, based on the offer’s terms and market figures. It isn’t a promise from us or from the brand.
- Verdicts, such as “Below your rate” or “Needs terms”, are a quick read on an offer, based on your rate card and what we know about the offer and the brand. They’re suggestions, not decisions.
- Market figures, such as a shop’s or a product’s sales, come from FastMoss, a third-party market data service. They are modeled estimates, not TikTok’s own numbers. Use them to compare offers with each other.
- Offer details, summaries and drafts come mostly from AI reading your emails and messages. They can be wrong or incomplete. Check the original message before you agree to anything.
Nothing in Worth Collab is financial, tax or legal advice.
Worth Collab isn’t a party to your deals. Any deal, sample, payment or dispute is between you and the brand or agency. We don’t guarantee that a brand will pay, send a sample or keep its word.
Your content and data
What you bring to Worth Collab stays yours: your mail, your rate card, your notes, and the replies you write or send. We don’t claim ownership of any of it. Drafts and summaries Worth Collab writes for you are yours to use.
You give A4K Corp permission to store, copy, process and show your content only as needed to run Worth Collab for you and keep it working and secure. That includes sending it to the service providers named in the privacy policy, such as Anthropic for AI. This permission ends when your content is deleted, as described in Delete your data. You confirm you have the right to bring your content to Worth Collab and to give us this permission.
One thing is shared across workspaces. When we look up market figures for a brand or product named in an offer, we keep the brand or product name and what we found, and reuse that result for every workspace. Your messages aren’t part of it.
The privacy policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who else sees it and how long we keep it.
Worth Collab itself, including its software, design and name, belongs to A4K Corp. These terms let you use it. They don’t give you any other rights in it. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
Acceptable use
When you use Worth Collab, don’t:
- Break the law, or use Worth Collab to harass, deceive or harm anyone.
- Send spam or bulk mail, including through reply rules.
- Connect a Gmail account that isn’t yours, unless its owner has agreed.
- Send fake, automated or bulk offers through anyone’s intake link, or use your intake link to collect anything other than brand offers.
- Try to get into another workspace, another person’s account, or data that isn’t yours.
- Scan, probe or load-test Worth Collab, or get around its limits or security, without our written permission. Good-faith security research that follows our rules for security research is allowed.
- Copy, reverse engineer or resell Worth Collab, except where the law allows it.
- Scrape Worth Collab, or copy its market figures in bulk to share or sell.
If you find a security problem, please report it to [email protected] and don’t use it to reach anyone’s data. There’s more on our security page.
Fees
We’ll email you at least 14 days before we charge you anything, with the price and what it covers. We won’t charge you unless you choose a paid plan. If you don’t choose one, we’ll tell you what happens to your account, and you can close it and have your data deleted.
Changes to the service and these terms
Worth Collab is in beta and changes often. We may add, change or remove features.
If we make a material change to the service or to these terms, such as removing a feature you rely on or changing your rights under these terms, we’ll email you at least 14 days before it takes effect. We may act sooner when we must for security or legal reasons. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms last changed.
If you keep using Worth Collab after a change takes effect, you accept it. If you don’t accept it, you can close your account before then.
Ending your account
You can stop using Worth Collab at any time. To close your account and delete your data, use Delete account in Settings and confirm from the link we email you. Delete your data explains what we delete and how long it takes. Disconnecting Gmail doesn’t close your account.
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if your use puts other people, Worth Collab or us at risk, or if the law requires it. Where the law allows and it’s safe to, we’ll tell you first and say why. If we close your account, you can still ask us to delete your data.
These sections still apply after your account ends: Figures are estimates, Disclaimers, Limits on our liability, and Which laws apply, and disputes.
Disclaimers
Worth Collab is in beta. We provide it “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we don’t promise that:
- it will be available without interruption, or free of errors or security problems;
- it will find every offer in your mail, or sort every message correctly;
- its figures, verdicts, summaries or drafts will be right.
To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Some states don’t allow these disclaimers, so some of them may not apply to you.
Worth Collab relies on services run by other companies, such as Gmail. When one of them is down or changes, parts of Worth Collab may stop working. Worth Collab isn’t made or endorsed by Google or TikTok.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows:
- We aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost deals, lost data or lost goodwill, even if we knew they were possible.
- Our total liability for all claims about Worth Collab or these terms is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 (US dollars). If you paid us nothing in that time, that limit is $100.
Some states don’t allow these limits, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law says can’t be limited.
Which laws apply, and disputes
If something goes wrong, email [email protected] first. Most problems can be fixed that way.
The laws of the State of California and US federal law apply to these terms, even if another state’s laws would otherwise apply. Any dispute about Worth Collab or these terms goes to the state or federal courts in that state, and you and we agree to use those courts. Either of us may instead bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
Other terms
- These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Worth Collab, and replace any earlier ones.
- If a court finds part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
- If we don’t enforce a term right away, we haven’t given up the right to.
- You can’t transfer your account or these terms to someone else without our agreement. We may transfer them to a company that takes over Worth Collab. We’ll tell you first, and your Gmail data moves only if you agree, as our privacy policy says.
