Delete your data
Last updated
You can delete your Worth Collab account and everything in it from Settings. You confirm from a link we email you, and we delete your data as soon as you do, after asking Google to remove our access to your Gmail.
Backups are gone within 90 days. To stop Worth Collab reading your Gmail without deleting your account, disconnect Gmail or remove its access in your Google Account.

Delete your account
- Sign in to Worth Collab.
- Open Settings → Delete account. The page shows what happens to each workspace you’re in.
- Type your email address and press “Email me a link to delete my account”.
- Open the link in that email within 1 hour, signed in to Worth Collab with the same address, and press “Delete my account”.
Nothing is deleted until you press that last button. Everything below is then deleted at once, and we email you that it’s done.
If you can’t sign in, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”, and we’ll do it for you once you confirm.
Deleting is permanent. We can’t bring back your account, deals or mail afterwards. Worth Collab has no export button. If you want a copy of your data, ask at [email protected] before you delete, and we’ll send it to you.
Before you delete
- If you set up a Gmail filter that forwards mail to your Worth Collab forwarding address, remove the filter in Gmail. Once your account is deleted, mail sent to that address no longer reaches you.
- If your intake link (the page brands can fill in to send you an offer) is in your bio, take it down.
Only asked for access and never signed up? Email [email protected] from the address you gave us, and we’ll delete your request.
What gets deleted, and when
We delete everything in your account and, if you’re your workspace’s only owner, everything in the workspace. If the workspace has another owner, or it’s someone else’s, its deals and mail stay with it: see If other people use your workspace.
- Your name, email address, profile picture and sign-in sessions.
- Your deals and offers, with their terms, notes and history.
- All mail Worth Collab imported: from Gmail, from your forwarding address, DMs you pasted in, and offers brands sent through your intake link.
- Drafts, and the records of replies you sent through Worth Collab.
- Events, TAP links, samples and tracking numbers.
- Your rate card, voice notes, reply rules, brand notes, blocked senders and email settings.
- The record of each AI request made for your account, which includes the text of the mail it read.
- The Gmail connection and its stored tokens. First we ask Google to remove Worth Collab’s access to your Google Account. If Google doesn’t confirm it, we tell you, and you can remove it yourself (see below).
- Your access request, if you sent one, and invitations sent to your email address.
| Where your data is | When it’s gone |
|---|---|
| Worth Collab’s database | As soon as you confirm. |
| Worth Collab’s access to your Gmail | Revoked at the same time. |
| Backups of our database | Within 90 days. |
| Our server logs | Kept for 7 days, then deleted. They can hold parts of your data when something goes wrong. |
| Anthropic, the AI service that reads your mail for Worth Collab | Anthropic deletes what we send it within 30 days of receiving it. If its safety systems flag something as breaking its usage policy, it can keep that for up to 2 years. |
| Resend, which sends our emails to you and receives mail sent to your forwarding address | Resend keeps email for 30 days, then deletes it. |
How long we keep each kind of data while your account is open is in our privacy policy, under How long we keep data.
Deleting your Worth Collab account doesn’t delete any email from your Gmail. Replies you sent through Worth Collab stay in your Gmail Sent folder, and with the brands you sent them to.
Labels Worth Collab added in Gmail stay on those emails until you remove them. To have Worth Collab remove them first, open Settings → Comes in → Gmail before you delete your account, turn off Label offers in Gmail and choose Turn off and remove labels.
What we keep
Once the backups and copies above have expired, we keep no copy of your account, your mail, your deals or your settings, apart from what stays with a workspace that has another owner or belongs to someone else (see If other people use your workspace).
We keep a record that the deletion happened: when, what kind of deletion it was, how many rows were deleted from each table, and whether Google confirmed removing our access. It holds internal ids only, no name, email address, web address or mail.
When a workspace is deleted, we also keep its web address, forwarding address and intake link in a scrambled (hashed) form, with nothing else. It stops anyone else from ever taking them, so mail your Gmail filter still forwards, and offers brands send to your old intake link, reach nobody.
One thing stays: the shared lookup table of brand and product names Worth Collab has looked up TikTok Shop figures for, with the figures it found. It saves looking up the same brand twice. It holds no email text, and nothing in it shows which account a name came from.
Disconnect Gmail but keep your account
- In Worth Collab, open Settings → Comes in.
- Under Gmail, press Disconnect, and choose what happens to the mail Worth Collab already imported.
Worth Collab asks Google to revoke its access and deletes its stored Gmail tokens. From then on it doesn’t read your Gmail and can’t send from it. If Google doesn’t confirm that the access was removed, Worth Collab tells you, and you can remove it yourself (see the next section).
- Disconnect keeps the mail already imported, and the deals made from it, for the periods in How long we keep data. Work still queued for that mail stops: mail Worth Collab hasn’t read yet isn’t sent to Anthropic, and waits in Review, where you can sort it yourself. Deals already made stay, and are still scored and listed in your daily digest like any other deal. You can turn the digest off in Settings → Reaches you.
- Disconnect and delete imported mail also deletes the mail Worth Collab imported from Gmail, our log of AI requests about it, and every deal, event and TAP link that came only from that mail, along with the rate card suggestions read from your sent mail. Mail that came in another way, such as your forwarding address, stays. Work already queued for the deleted mail is stopped, so none of it goes to Anthropic afterwards.
To delete the imported mail you type DELETE, and then confirm from a link we email you, within 1 hour. Gmail stays connected until you do.
Remove access in your Google Account
You can also take away Worth Collab’s access from Google’s side, without signing in to Worth Collab.
- Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Choose Worth Collab, then remove its access.
After that, Worth Collab can’t read or send from your Gmail. Its next sync fails, and in Settings → Comes in the Gmail connection shows Needs attention until you reconnect.
Removing access in Google doesn’t delete anything already in Worth Collab, and your account stays open. Worth Collab deletes its stored Gmail tokens once Google refuses them, at the next sync, or earlier if you press Disconnect. To delete everything, delete your account.
If other people use your workspace
A workspace holds your deals, mail and settings. You can invite other people to it in Settings → Members.
- If you’re the workspace’s only owner, deleting your account deletes the workspace and everything in it. Everyone you invited loses access to it.
- If the workspace has another owner, deleting your account removes only you. The workspace, with its deals and mail, stays with the other owner.
- If you’re a member of someone else’s workspace, deleting your account deletes your own account and removes you from that workspace. The workspace, with its deals and mail, stays with its owner.
- In a workspace that stays, any Gmail connection to your own mailbox is disconnected, after we ask Google to remove our access. The mail it already imported stays with the workspace.
- The same happens if you leave a workspace, or an owner removes you, without deleting your account: your Gmail is disconnected from it, and the mail it already imported stays with the workspace.
An owner can also delete a whole workspace in Settings → Delete account, the same way: type its web address, then confirm from the emailed link. Everything in it is deleted for everyone in it, and their own accounts stay.
